Six distinct class formats โ all rooted in Pilates principles, all designed to build a stronger, more balanced you.
Mat Pilates
The original form of the method developed by Joseph Pilates. Using only your bodyweight and a mat, this class builds deep core strength, improves postural alignment, and develops a conscious connection between breath and movement. Suitable for all levels with modifications always available.
Reformer Pilates
The Reformer machine uses a sliding carriage, springs and straps to add controlled resistance to Pilates movements. This format challenges strength, flexibility and coordination in ways mat work cannot replicate. A prior Pilates foundation is recommended but not required โ just let us know it is your first session.
Barre
Ballet barre meets Pilates precision. This class uses the barre for balance while working through small, targeted movements that sculpt and tone the legs, glutes, arms and core. High repetitions, low impact, and deeply satisfying. No dance experience needed.
Pilates Foundations
A gentle, slower-paced class that builds understanding of the Pilates principles from the ground up. Ideal for complete beginners, those returning after an injury, post-natal recovery, or anyone who wants to refine their fundamentals before progressing to other classes.
Power Pilates
For the experienced mover ready for more. Power Pilates integrates classical Pilates with athletic conditioning drills for a higher-intensity workout that still honours the principles of control, precision and breath. Expect to be challenged โ and to leave feeling accomplished.
Breathwork & Restore
A restorative practice combining conscious breathwork techniques with gentle mobility work, fascial release and deep relaxation. The ideal counter to high-intensity training โ or simply to the pace of modern life. Come as you are, leave restored.
Private & Semi-Private Sessions
For a fully personalised experience, our private sessions offer one-to-one time with an instructor who focuses entirely on your goals, your body, and your pace.
Popular for injury rehabilitation, pre/post-natal programmes, and those looking to progress rapidly. Semi-private sessions (2โ3 people) are a great option for friends or couples training together.
